New students are eligible for a three (3) day free trial, which includes an initial assessment, placement test, and a personalized study plan. During the trial period, students may evaluate the platform and teaching methodology before committing to a paid subscription.

Upon completion of the trial period, all payments must be made in advance according to the selected subscription plan displayed on the platform. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring or fixed-term basis, depending on the chosen plan.

All payments are generally non-refundable, as services are digital and educational sessions are scheduled and allocated in advance. However, refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues or service delivery problems, and are subject to internal review and approval by the platform administration.

Refund requests, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
