Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Quranic Values website, online learning services, trial lessons, paid programs, and related communications.

Quranic Values is operated by Quranic Values Services, located at Nandla Chowk, Police Shuhada Road, Multan 60000, Punjab, Pakistan.

By booking a trial, purchasing a subscription, attending a lesson, or using our services, the student—or the student’s parent or legal guardian where the student is a minor—agrees to these Terms.

1. Our Educational Services

Quranic Values provides online Quran and Islamic education, which may include:

  • Quran reading and recitation correction

  • Tajweed theory and practical application

  • Quran memorization and revision

  • Noorani Qaida

  • Arabic language

  • Islamic Studies and Hadith

  • Other educational programs displayed on our website

Program availability, teaching methods, lesson frequency, teacher assignment, and course content may vary according to the student’s age, level, goals, availability, and selected plan.

2. Lesson Format

Lessons are delivered live online using audio and video, generally through Google Meet or another online platform selected by Quranic Values.

Quranic Values generally follows a sequential halaqah model. Each student receives focused individual instruction according to their assigned lesson, revision, recitation, and learning goals. The individual teaching segment lasts up to 20 minutes.

The teaching segment may be shorter when the student successfully completes the required lesson, revision, recitation, and assigned work. Our aim is to keep lessons focused and productive without requiring students to remain online longer than necessary.

Students may use a shared halaqah link. With the student’s or guardian’s agreement, the next scheduled student may join shortly before the previous student has completely finished if only a small amount of work remains. The teacher continues to provide focused individual instruction to one student at a time.

A separate private class link may be arranged when requested by the student or guardian, or when Quranic Values considers it appropriate for privacy or educational reasons.

Male and female halaqahs are kept separate and use separate class links in order to maintain privacy.

Regular educational programs are taught five days per week, from Sunday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday are generally non-teaching days unless a special arrangement is agreed in advance.

3. Free Three-Day Trial and Assessment

Regular Quran, Tajweed, Quran Memorization, Noorani Qaida, Arabic Language, Hadith, and Islamic Studies programs include a complimentary three-day trial and assessment before the student purchases a paid subscription.

Day 1 – Student Information and Level Assessment:

We collect the basic information needed to understand the student, including age, language, learning goals, previous study, availability, and other relevant educational information. The teacher then assesses the student’s current level.

For example, a student wishing to memorize the Quran may be assessed in Quran reading, Arabic letters, pronunciation, and makharij. If the student requires additional foundations before beginning memorization, Quranic Values may recommend Noorani Qaida, Arabic reading, Tajweed, or another suitable starting point.

Day 2 – Personalized Learning Plan:

Based on the assessment, Quranic Values prepares and explains a personalized learning plan. The plan may include the student’s daily lesson, memorization target, revision amount, recitation practice, or other course-specific work.

Day 3 – Beginning the Program:

The student begins studying according to the agreed learning plan so that the student or guardian can experience the teaching method in practice.

After the three-day trial, the student or guardian may choose whether to continue by purchasing the appropriate monthly or three-month subscription.

The learning plan may be reviewed at the end of each month and adjusted according to the student’s progress, attendance, ability, revision, and educational needs.

The three-day trial described in this section applies to regular educational programs. One-time consultations, Ruqyah services, assessments, and other special services may have separate booking and payment arrangements..

4. Personalized Learning Plans

A learning plan may be prepared according to the student’s:

  • Current level

  • Learning goals

  • Available time

  • Age and ability

  • Daily lesson amount

  • Current revision

  • Previous memorization

  • Other educational needs

Learning plans may be reviewed monthly and adjusted when necessary. Progress depends on attendance, practice, effort, ability, family support, and other individual factors.

5. Fees and Payment

Current prices and plan details are displayed on the website, checkout page, payment request, or invoice provided before payment.

Subscriptions may be offered monthly or for three-month periods.

Payments do not renew automatically. The student or guardian must manually pay for each new subscription period.

A place, teacher, or preferred schedule is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.

6. Refund Policy

Students receive the three-day trial before payment so that they can understand the teaching method and decide whether to continue.

After a paid subscription begins, payments are generally non-refundable, including where the student:

  • Changes their mind

  • Stops attending

  • Is unavailable

  • Does not complete the course

  • Requests to suspend the plan after payment

  • Experiences scheduling difficulties not caused by Quranic Values

Exceptional refund requests may be reviewed individually by the Quranic Values team. Approval is discretionary, depends on the circumstances, and does not create a right to future refunds or establish a precedent.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

7. Manual Renewal and Subscription Expiry

Subscriptions end at the conclusion of the purchased period unless the student or guardian makes another payment.

There is no automatic renewal or automatic deduction.

If payment for the next period is not received, lessons may stop and the previous schedule or teacher may be assigned to another student.

8. Rescheduling by the Student

A student may request a schedule change by notifying Quranic Values at least 24 hours before the lesson.

Same-day rescheduling requests will be considered only if another suitable time is available. Quranic Values does not guarantee that a same-day request can be accommodated. If no suitable time is available, the revised schedule may begin on the following day or another agreed date.

Repeated rescheduling may result in a review of the student’s regular schedule.

9. Student Absence and No-Shows

If a student misses a lesson without adequate advance notice, the lesson will be counted as completed and no replacement lesson is required, because the teacher reserved the time and attended.

If the student joins more than 10 minutes late, the teacher may:

  • Teach the student during the remaining available time;

  • Move the student to another available time; or

  • Mark the student absent if no suitable time is available.

Any alternative time is subject to teacher availability.

10. Teacher Absence

If a teacher misses a scheduled lesson for any reason, Quranic Values will arrange a replacement lesson.

The replacement lesson will be scheduled at a mutually suitable time, with reasonable priority given to the student’s availability.

11. Subscription Suspension or Freezing

Paid subscriptions cannot normally be frozen, paused, or extended after payment.

If the student knows before payment that an absence or interruption will occur, the student or guardian must inform Quranic Values before purchasing the plan. Any fee or schedule adjustment must be agreed upon in writing before payment.

Exceptional arrangements remain at the discretion of Quranic Values and are subject to applicable law.

12. Children and Guardian Responsibilities

Quranic Values generally accepts children from the age of five.

For young children, a parent, guardian, or responsible adult must remain present or immediately available during the lesson to:

  • Help the child join and remain in the class;

  • Reduce distractions;

  • Assist with basic technical matters;

  • Ensure appropriate behavior; and

  • Protect the child’s safety and privacy.

The parent or legal guardian is responsible for consenting to the child’s participation, supervising the child appropriately, and receiving communications concerning scheduling, attendance, payment, conduct, and progress.

13. Camera, Background, and Privacy Requirements

Students are expected to attend using a working camera and microphone unless Quranic Values approves another arrangement.

The student should sit in front of a plain or private background. Unrelated individuals should not appear behind the student, and private areas of the home should not be unnecessarily visible.

A parent or guardian may be present when supervising a minor.

Students must dress and behave appropriately for an Islamic educational environment.

14. Internet and Equipment

The student is responsible for providing:

  • A suitable device;

  • A working camera and microphone;

  • A stable internet connection;

  • Adequate lighting; and

  • A reasonably quiet learning environment.

Lost lesson time caused by the student’s device, internet connection, or environment is not automatically replaceable.

If a lesson cannot be completed because of a significant teacher-side or platform-side technical problem, Quranic Values may arrange a replacement lesson.

15. Conduct and Respect

Students, guardians, teachers, and staff must communicate respectfully.

The following may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or termination:

  • Repeated disruptive conduct;

  • Abusive, insulting, obscene, or inappropriate language;

  • Harassment or threats;

  • Deliberate misuse of the online classroom;

  • Inappropriate camera use;

  • Recording or distributing lesson content without permission;

  • Repeated refusal to follow reasonable classroom instructions; or

  • Conduct inconsistent with a safe Islamic learning environment.

For repeated misconduct, Quranic Values may temporarily suspend the student and issue a final warning. If serious or inappropriate conduct occurs again, Quranic Values may permanently terminate the student’s enrollment.

Serious conduct may result in immediate termination when necessary to protect students, teachers, or staff.

16. Lesson Recordings

Quranic Values does not currently routinely record lessons.

If recording is introduced in the future, students and guardians will be informed in advance, and any consent required by applicable law will be obtained.

Students, parents, and guardians may not record, copy, publish, livestream, or distribute a lesson, teacher, student, screen, voice, or learning material without prior written permission from Quranic Values and any other affected person.

17. Student Achievements and Certificates

Quranic Values may issue certificates or recognize student achievements.

A student’s name, photograph, video, certificate, testimonial, or achievement will not be published for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

For a minor, separate permission must be obtained from the parent or legal guardian.

Permission for future promotional use may be withdrawn prospectively by contacting Quranic Values. Withdrawal will not necessarily affect materials lawfully published before the request was received.

18. Educational Materials and Intellectual Property

Course materials, worksheets, lesson plans, videos, graphics, website content, and teaching resources supplied by Quranic Values are provided for the enrolled student’s personal educational use.

They may not be copied, sold, published, shared publicly, uploaded elsewhere, or used commercially without written permission.

Students retain ownership of their own original work, subject to any permission they give for its publication.

19. No Guaranteed Outcome

Quranic Values provides teaching, guidance, assessment, and learning plans in good faith.

We do not guarantee:

  • A particular memorization result;

  • Completion within a specific period;

  • A particular examination result;

  • Fluency by a fixed date;

  • Certification or ijazah unless expressly included in the selected program; or

  • Any academic, professional, spiritual, medical, or personal outcome.

Results depend substantially on attendance, regular practice, effort, ability, and compliance with the learning plan.

20. Ruqyah and Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer

Any Ruqyah or spiritual guidance provided by Quranic Values is based on Quranic verses, authentic supplications, and Islamic guidance.

It is not medical treatment, psychological treatment, legal advice, or a substitute for diagnosis or care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Quranic Values does not guarantee healing, cure, or a particular result. Anyone experiencing a medical or mental health emergency should contact an appropriate licensed professional or emergency service.

21. Third-Party Platforms

Lessons, communications, files, scheduling, and payments may use third-party services such as Google Meet, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, payment processors, or other technology providers.

Use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Quranic Values is not responsible for outages, restrictions, or failures outside its reasonable control.

22. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy:

Students and guardians must avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information during lessons or through communication channels.

23. Changes to Teachers, Schedules, or Services

Quranic Values may change or replace a teacher, schedule, platform, course structure, or administrative process where reasonably necessary.

Where a material change affects an active student, Quranic Values will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change and provide a suitable alternative.

24. Updates to These Terms

Quranic Values may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, policies, or legal requirements.

The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting active subscriptions may also be communicated directly where appropriate.

25. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Quranic Values Services in Pakistan, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that apply to a student in their country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should first attempt to resolve the issue in good faith by contacting Quranic Values.

Nothing in this section removes any legal right or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.
