Section 1: Learning & Class Policies

Learning Method

  • Classes are conducted online via Google Meet with live video and audio between teacher and student.
  • There is no fixed time per student; the class duration ends once the student completes his or her assignments.
  • Classes can be individual or group-based, each with separate costs.
  • In group classes, each student is allocated a maximum of 20 minutes to complete their tasks.

Teacher’s Responsibilities

  • Develop a personalized learning plan tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Review all student assignments regularly.
  • Test the student on the previous lesson and introduce the new one for the following session.
  • Teachers may allow additional memorization practice if time permits.
  • Provide a monthly progress evaluation for each student.
  • Conduct a quarterly assessment to review all memorized portions.

Student’s Responsibilities

  • Maintain a stable internet connection.
  • Ensure a quiet and distraction-free environment.
  • Listen carefully to teacher instructions.
  • Students under 8 years old must be supervised by a guardian during the class.
  • Teachers reserve the right to remove disruptive students from a session.
  • Students are responsible for memorizing assignments at home, while the teacher’s role is to guide and facilitate learning.

Section 2: Payment & Refund Policy

  • New students are entitled to a 3-day free trial, including a placement test and study plan.
  • After the trial, payments must be made in advance based on the subscription plans provided by the platform.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except in special cases reviewed and approved by the administration.
  • All learning plans are designed with the principle of “Less time, greater benefit,” ensuring students maximize learning without wasting time.

Additional Commitments

Each student’s plan is reviewed monthly for continuous improvement.

Students are prohibited from:

Disclosing the platform’s resources or information to external parties.

Sharing, publishing, or selling books or learning materials obtained from the platform.

Section 3: Technical Policies (Google & Cookies)

  • The platform uses cookies to enhance user experience, analyze performance, and deliver tailored content.
  • Non-personal data such as browser type or device may be collected for statistical purposes.
  • By using the platform, users agree to our cookies policy.

Section 4: Donations & Support

  1. Beneficiaries of Donations
  • Administrators, teachers, and students benefit from donations, which are directed towards:
  • Curriculum development.
  • Organizing Quran competitions and prizes.
  • Supporting students unable to afford tuition.
  1. Donation Terms
  • Donations must not come from obligatory Zakat or Sadaqah funds, as donating to the platform does not fulfill those obligations.
  • Donations must be unconditional and without imposing requirements on the platform.
  • Donors may choose to sponsor a specific student in need, upon request through the administration.
