Students evaluate our teaching method, receive an assessment, and review their learning plan before payment.

2

Manual Payment

Monthly and three-month plans are paid manually and do not renew or deduct automatically.

3

Reserved Teaching Time

After payment, a teacher, schedule, learning plan, and educational resources are allocated to the student.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy applies to paid educational programs and subscriptions purchased from Quranic Values Services. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Special services, one-time consultations, Ruqyah sessions, or separately agreed arrangements may have additional payment terms disclosed before payment.

2. Three-Day Free Trial Before Payment

Regular educational programs include a complimentary three-day trial before the student or guardian is asked to purchase a paid plan.

During the trial, Quranic Values may:

  • Assess the student’s level, reading, pronunciation, memorization, language, and educational needs.
  • Allow the student or guardian to experience the teacher and teaching method.
  • Prepare and explain a personalized learning plan.
  • Discuss the proposed schedule, lesson structure, and expectations.
  • Begin practical study according to the recommended plan.
Important: By making payment after completing the trial, the student or guardian confirms that they had a reasonable opportunity to evaluate the service, teaching method, proposed schedule, and learning plan before voluntarily choosing to continue.

3. Payment and Subscription Terms

  • Payment must be made in advance for the selected plan.
  • Available prices and currencies are those displayed at checkout, on the product page, invoice, or payment request.
  • Monthly and three-month plans are fixed-term plans.
  • Payments do not renew automatically, and no automatic deduction is made for a new period.
  • A teacher, regular schedule, or preferred time is not secured until payment is received and confirmed.
  • The paid plan begins on the agreed start date confirmed after payment.

The student’s scheduled teaching time, learning plan, educational records, teacher availability, and relevant materials may be allocated after payment is confirmed.

4. General Refund Conditions

Except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable once a paid plan has begun or a teacher’s scheduled time and educational resources have been allocated to the student.

Refunds are not normally provided where the student:

  • Changes their mind after completing the free trial and making payment.
  • Stops attending or does not use the purchased plan.
  • Misses lessons, repeatedly arrives late, or fails to provide adequate notice.
  • Becomes unavailable because of work, school, travel, personal scheduling, or time-zone difficulties.
  • Experiences internet, device, camera, microphone, or other student-side technical problems.
  • Does not complete the course or achieve a desired result within a particular time.
  • Requests to freeze, pause, transfer, or cancel the plan after payment without a previously agreed arrangement.

Completion of the free trial does not remove any mandatory legal right, but it will be considered when reviewing whether the student had a fair opportunity to assess the service before purchasing.

5. Exceptional and Compassionate Cases

Quranic Values may review exceptional requests individually. Examples may include a serious illness, medical emergency, bereavement, unavoidable emergency travel, duplicate payment, or another substantial circumstance outside the student’s reasonable control.

Quranic Values may request reasonable information needed to understand or verify the request. Students should not provide unnecessary sensitive medical or personal information.

Available solutions may include:

  1. Rescheduling missed lessons.
  2. Temporarily freezing or extending the plan.
  3. Providing account credit.
  4. Transferring the unused portion where appropriate.
  5. Providing a partial refund for an undelivered portion.
  6. Providing a full refund where legally required or where no paid service was delivered.
Review of an exceptional request does not guarantee approval. Any voluntary exception is discretionary, depends on the individual circumstances, and does not establish a precedent or automatic right for future requests.

6. Teacher Absence and Service-Delivery Problems

If a teacher misses a scheduled lesson, Quranic Values will normally arrange a replacement lesson at a mutually suitable time.

If a significant Quranic Values-side technical or service-delivery problem prevents a lesson from being completed, we may provide a replacement lesson, alternative teacher, schedule adjustment, plan extension, account credit, or another reasonable solution.

A refund for the undelivered portion may be considered if Quranic Values is unable to provide the purchased service and cannot offer a reasonable replacement or alternative.

7. How to Request a Refund Review

A refund or exceptional-circumstances request must be sent to quranvalues10@gmail.com.

The request should include:

  • The student and payer’s names.
  • The email address or telephone number used for the purchase.
  • The payment date, amount, currency, and transaction reference.
  • The purchased program and plan.
  • A clear explanation of the request.
  • Any relevant information reasonably required to review the circumstances.

Quranic Values may first offer rescheduling, replacement lessons, credit, freezing, or an extension where that provides a reasonable solution.

8. Payment Security and Transaction Verification

To protect students, families, and Quranic Values from fraud, unauthorized transactions, money laundering, and payment misuse:

  • Approved refunds will be returned only to the original payment method wherever technically possible.
  • Refunds will not normally be sent to a different person, card, bank account, wallet, country, currency, or payment method.
  • Quranic Values may verify the identity of the payer, transaction details, and relationship to the student.
  • Requests containing inconsistent, incomplete, altered, or suspicious information may be paused while verification is completed.
  • Quranic Values may communicate with the payment processor or financial institution to confirm the transaction.
  • Quranic Values may preserve transaction records and cooperate with payment providers, banks, or lawful authorities where required or permitted by law.

A refund request may be refused where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized use, misrepresentation, or an attempt to redirect funds to an unrelated person or payment method, subject to applicable law.

Chargebacks

Students or payers should contact Quranic Values first so that a payment concern can be investigated. If an inaccurate, misleading, or abusive chargeback is submitted, Quranic Values may suspend the related service and provide transaction, attendance, trial, scheduling, and service-delivery records to the payment provider.

9. Approved Refunds and Processing Times

  • Requests are normally reviewed within seven business days after sufficient information is received.
  • If approved, Quranic Values will normally initiate the refund within fourteen business days.
  • The customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refunded amount.
  • Quranic Values cannot guarantee exchange rates applied by banks or card providers.
  • Bank, payment-processing, international-transfer, and currency-conversion fees are non-refundable where permitted by law.

10. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to the customer.

If a student requests classes to begin during any legally applicable cancellation period, the student or guardian expressly requests the immediate performance of the service and acknowledges that any refund may be reduced according to services already provided. Where permitted by law, the cancellation right may end once the purchased service has been fully performed.
